My lunch…roast beef,white bread,& whipped potatoes. I’ll make up for the extra fat & calories come dinner time. Its not high fat,but its not on my menu,& could be fattening if eaten more than once a week,but I am going to enjoy all that deliciousness. It’ll be harmless,so long as I quit eating as soon as I am full…that’s…full…not stuffed. I’m not a big eater…small portions are enough for me.
