get the most out of it,eat when hunger,savor each bite,make it a ritual,a celebration. Use fancy dinnerware,candle light,& soft music. Eat your favorite parts first. For example…when I eat a pot pie I favor the chicken,potatoes,& sweet peas. I hate carrots & never eat them. This gives room for the parts I want to eat. When I eat beef stew I favor the beef & potatoes & hate the carrots. You’ll be much more satisfied if you eat your favorite parts first…or eat those & nothing more.
If you have trouble with portion control & eat like there’s no tomorrow…eat while facing a mirror. That’s what you look like shoveling in big mouthfuls & eating like a starving dog. Its not a pretty picture,is it?
