My body is trying to tell me something…it needs something. I’m exhausted,fatigued,can’t stay awake. I’m thinking I’m dehydrated. I know for certain I don’t drink enough water & I drink far more beer than I should. I’m inactive. I am 1 big mess.
I don’t eat full course meals…I eat mini meals & so I don’t think eating often is a serious problem. Its low fat foods & eating fuels the metabolism. When we starve ourselves & become inactive our metabolism slows down…becomes slow…can’t burn fat.
