I learned this somewhere,so credit to whoever it belongs,but I am going to tweak it. If you are right-handed,eat with your left hand…opposite if you are left-handed. By eating with your weaker hand it will slow you down. This can apply to sandwiches & not only utensils. Cut the sandwich in half,so you can hold it with your weaker hand. You will slow down & eat less. You won’t be able to speed eat or gorge. You will know when you are satisfied…when to stop eating.
