that ice cream sandwich I just ate was bliss! YUM! I’ve loved ice cream sandwiches since I was a child. The 1 I ate today is the 2nd 1 this week. No guilt. I’m learning to love & trust myself…learning I am worthy & deserve good things.
All food is good & for our enjoyment. Eating is 1 of the pleasures in life. I leave room each week for 3 fat favorites. Its enough,keeps me motivated,makes the journey to my ideal weight satisfying,& if it slows my progress…that’s the way it is…I’m not going to force myself to eat foods I hate.
I enjoy low fat foods…low fat eating,but 3 times a week I want my favorite fats. Its all good. Its the part of my weight loss plan that keeps me motivated & determined to go all the way to my goal weight.
