When I enter my kitchen I am beside the fridge. Out of habit I get something to eat…usually yogurt,jello,or pudding. I don’t stop to check the hunger chart to find my level of hunger or lack of it. I go sit at the dining room table & eat…no awareness…3 or 4 bites & its gone. I only tasted the 1st bite…wolfed down the rest. After its finished I do check the hunger chart to see if I want more. I can’t walk passed the fridge without getting something to eat.
