Asian chicken,wings without sauce,canned chicken,turkey sausage links,eggs,collard greens,& green beans…& ham cold cuts.
I don’t have a stove,so I have to modify & come as close as is possible. I bought an egg poacher today,so I can cook eggs in the microwave. Not at all sure I can have eggs the 1st 2 weeks. I’ll check on that later.
The hardest part is giving up the booze,cheats…jello,yogurt,& pudding. No more carbs. Oh,but I can have MEATS! Partay!
