I visited their website & learned some things. The Low Fat diet will not work for me. It can’t shrink my belly. Carbs are dangerous for an apple shape like me. Never ever mix carbs with protein…it’ll fatten your belly & upset your digestion…& will keep you fat.
Apples like me are best on diets such as South Beach or Atkin’s. Either 1 can shrink a stubborn fat belly. Basically,you eat protein,veggies…can’t remember the rest…& no carbs…not in the beginning…if ever. Anyways,these 2 diets are what you need to shrink & flatten your belly. The South Beach diet profile I did…well…I’m considered obese & my fat belly is dangerous. It MUST shrink or it will kill me. Its HUGE & taking a heavy toll on my health. So yah,I will be switching to South Beach tomorrow.
