Today I can eat whatever I want,cuz tomorrow I start the South Beach Diet. The low fat diet has left me bloated…I look like an overinflated balloon. I look & feel fatter.
On low fat I had no energy & napped a lot. In the end I am worse off than when I started the diet.
I’ve done both Atkins & South Beach. 1 of the toughest areas is the 1st 2 weeks. I found it boring…no carbs,no starches. If you make the 1st 2 weeks you should be good to go. I managed to make 2 weeks on Atkins & 1 week on South Beach. I hope to go all the way to goal this time…using South Beach.
