I tried to eat some collard greens for lunch…ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww…after 3 bites I tossed em in the trash. I ended up eating another small portion of Asian chicken.
The South Beach diet is NOT working for me. I can’t tolerate veggies & beans…& we are required to eat an abundance of those. I am good with the meats & coffee…& the rest can stay off my plate.
I don’t have a stove,so all my food must be microwaved. What in the hell can I do to make veggies & beans taste decent? They are gross,bland,& boring. I don’t like this damn diet. 2 weeks of veggies & beans? That’s insane! And they tell us to have 2 cups with a meal,lol. NEVER!
