All Protein…No Carbs

This is bliss & I wish I could continue it beyond 2 weeks,but it becomes dangerous…this I know from experience. This morning I feel light…no bloat or swelling. My belly feels empty…in a good way. Yesterday was all protein…& 1 cup of raisin bran cereal. Asian chicken for my meals…ham cold cuts for my snacks….& raisin bran with milk,cuz I wanted it…& I needed the fiber.

This morning…oddly enough…I crave collard greens. Maybe I will have some with my Asian chicken. Good breakfast. I am hungry.
