I hate diets & weight loss systems & all other BS…rules,boundaries,silly gimmicks…you live your life planning the next meal…forking out money for weekly or monthly fees & pre-packaged diet foods,candy bars,& shakes…& diet pills promising you will be slender in no time.
I am on South Beach this week,cuz I don’t trust myself with food. I think I need the rules & boundaries & all the help I can get. Turn me loose with a wide array of glorious foods & give me room…this big woman is always ready to eat.
I want to eat the way Paul McKenna teaches,cuz its simple,easy,& inexpensive. So long as you use the 4 rules & listen to the CD you will lose weight…eating the foods you love & enjoy. My big issue is…I don’t trust myself…I don’t even much like myself. I am ashamed of the way I look.
