That’s how I eat,but still not losing weight. You’d think eating that tiny amount I’d be slender by now. No,I’m not starving myself…I can only eat small amounts…I get full really fast. It concerns me. Its been this way for years,but I’m 120 pounds overweight,with a huge belly.
Again I am having difficulty standing,sitting,& walking. At 5’2 & 240 pounds I am considered obese,according to the weight scale. No matter what I do or what diet I use…well…I can’t lose weight…but somehow look a wee bit smaller.
