Time To Plan My Menu For The New Week

Am I crazy enough to stay on South Beach? What if I make yummy soups for the week & burger patties & yogurt? How about bacon & more Asian chicken? Chicken patties? Yeah,I’ll modify…make it delicious. I’ll even include sugar free jello. 

When it comes to diets I modify & make em delicious. I’ll make soup out of those veggies & beans…using tomato sauce,seasonings,& crackers. Damn,now I am hungry. 

Soup…not the creamy ones…but the clear ones…well,makes a delightful addition to the diet menu. Many ages ago I lost weight eating soup & fish sticks. It was enough to take me from chubby to slender. However,make your own soup & make it healthy. The soups you buy in cans are overloaded with sodium.
