It was like eating energy. I feel much better. On high protein diets make room for carbs…don’t omit them completely. They make you fat when eaten with protein. Don’t combine the 2 in your meals…you’ll be fine,lose weight,& improve digestion.
Whatever diet you are using…consider it yours…modify it where needed…break & bend some rules…enlarge the boundaries…personalize that diet to fit you & your lifestyle. Unless that diet is sculpted into your lifestyle & is no longer a one size fits all diet,but becomes a lifestyle that fits you & all that you are & all that you do…you will be headed straight for failure. People don’t stick to diets…if you yo yo you know this is true. Make that diet your lifestyle…you will be successful.
