but experience & research tells me…for best results…don’t mix carbs with protein. You can’t eat like a fat monkey & expect to be thin. Veggies,beans,& fruit are ideal in losing weight. I disagree with gorging on bread & grains…especially when mixed protein. Some of us love meat…& that’s when diet’s such as Atkins & South Beach are ideal. Urban legend? Not if it works. These diets can be healthy…if you follow the instructions. I live dangerously…& so I modify. Naw…really…I know how far to push it. I am safe.
