Asparagus For Breakfast

I added a modest amount of butter & salt…and…delicious & filling. At 27 calories a cup,asparagus is ideal for meals & snacks. You don’t have to worry about blowing your diet,but do limit the butter & salt. 

Many years ago I ate lots of asparagus while on a diet & I reached my goal weight. Not only does asparagus have amazingly low calories,it has nearly zero fat,& it taste great.
