Making Veggies & Beans Taste Tolerable

Cook meat on top of them…add them to rice or potatoes…make em a soup…add a modest amount of butter & salt…add your favorite sauces…mix em into eggs & make an omelette…make em a sandwich…add tomatoes…add shredded cheese…add bacon…add onions…be creative & make em fun,but don’t go wild with the carbs.
