Not at all sure that was the best choice. Carbs make me feel fat & bloated. However,I am running on empty in my food supply…not much left…poor choices. I’m bored with the Asaian chicken & no interest in soup.
Tomorrow I restock my food supply & I know for sure it will include,yogurt,jello,& pudding. Those 3 keeps me from going all out on high fat,high carb binges. Without those 3 I am likely to dive off the diet wagon & go into pig-out mode.
I suppose I shouldn’t stock up on jello,yogurt,& pudding,but so long as I have those & easy access to them…well…I never lose control & am not annoyed by cravings. All 3 comes in small cups…ideal size for a quick fix. Its better than caving in to cravings & losing progress & increasing weight.
