While eating jello this morning I thought about a lecture from a blogger,about the unhealthy way I eat. What she said is true & I believe the dead foods I eat are the reason I’m losing weight at a snail’s pace,as well as 1 of the reasons my belly is bloated.
I could cook healthy soups & do crave those. Being without a stove there’s not a lot I can do. I am very limited,but beans & veggies soups can be easily prepared & heated in the microwave oven. I will research for healthy microwave meals.
