Carbs All Week…WTH

Carbs bloat & swell me. I’ll do that all protein diet for 1 week to quickly lose 20 pounds. It can be dangerous & I usually can’t go beyond 5 days,but doing this every 3 or 4 months should be safe. This is how I lost my 1st 20 pounds over the summer.
