I made a big bowl of bean soup! I used a variety of beans,tomato sauce,a generous amount of salt,microwaved it for 3 minutes,added crunched up saltine crackers…OMG…delicious! I have plenty left for tomorrow. Its way more delicious than canned soups.
I feel much better & can now see where I was eating mostly sugar,which contributed to me being sleepy all the time…drained,fatigued,& exhausted. I’m eating healthy,live,vibrant food at long last…& I’m loving it!
I’ve always loved fresh made soup. There are a big variety of soups to be made. Now that I’ve started eating hearty soup I am hooked…so much goodness.
