Been on carbs the past whatever days. I am bloated & sick & feel like death. Protein doesn’t bloat & swell me.
Ewwwwwwwww…pancakes,mac n cheese,pasta,sandwiches…dead foods…nasty…enemies. I miss the soups & meats…southern fried steak & Asian chicken.

Good for you. Whole foods overtime.
You will feel much better mentally as well when you have purged your system of the toxins in the processed foods.
