I’ve lost 2 pounds in 2 days without trying. I’m simply listening to my body & giving it as much or little as it needs. It would seem I am starving myself…I’m not. My body doesn’t need big amounts of food. All I do is sit or lay down all day…& I’m ashamed of that. At this time in my life I am only able to sit & do upper-body work with 3 pound dumbells. I can’t even peddle my exercise bike. Despise not the day of small beginnings.
Doing nothing but sit,lay,& nap has taken a heavy toll on my health. I won’t get into all of that,but will say…if you don’t move it you lose it. Do what you can,where you are,with what you have. Stop when you need to. Do what works for you. Slow & steady wins the race.
