Back On The Recovery Routine

the supplements,herbs,cocktail,& releasing my feelings & not bottling em up inside me. Talking out my feelings helps a lot,as does prayer,& journaling. Blogging out the dirt tends to piss some people off & because I’m not Mary Sunshine, some conclude I should be in a nut house or dead. We live in an evil world.

Never bottle up your thoughts,feelings,& dreams. Release all that negativity…blog or journal it out…talk to someone you trust. All that negativity is poison & if held inside will eventually spill out in sickness or disease or in addiction,among other health wreckers. Taking care of yourself mentally,emotionally,& spiritually is as important as losing weight.
