Learning How & When To Eat

Seems dieters are all about what to eat & how much. I am not a dieter…I am an eater & I am losing weight…eating foods I enjoy. Check out my menu this week…soups,pasta dishes,ravioli,& even a potpie. I seem to be averaging losing 3 to 4 pounds a week.
