New menu consists of ready made meals,soups,corndogs,burritos,turkey sandwiches…oh yes,good eating…done right I won’t gain weight & will continue losing. Hah! I have 2 slices of chocolate cake.
Most times I forget & nearly swallow my food whole. I often forget to put my fork down between bites. I tend to eat when I’m bored. The worst of it is how little I actually eat…anywhere between 300 to 500 calories a day. I am having dizzy spells often. I buy foods I enjoy eating to encourage myself to eat more. I’m very picky when it comes to food. I refuse to eat foods that taste nasty.
