My appetite has increased & I can eat more than I need. I wanted to eat more,but this is more than I asked for. I am eating like I did when I had a healthy appetite & not using the 4 or 5 rules of healthy eating.
Its been donuts,ice cream,& peanut butter crackers this week…not over-indulgence,but enough to promote weight gain,but the scales read that I’m losing weight,slowly,gradually…or am I seeing what I want to see? Still at 232.
I’m back to using subliminals for weight loss & to flatten my belly. That’s right…I take the lazy approach to losing weight. I am also drinking my honey with vinegar cocktails & zero calorie green tea.
