I didn’t intend to eat this way,nor have I given it much thought,until today,when I noticed I am looking like I am shrinking around my waist & belly areas. The waist of my slacks is becoming loose on me.
I am not dieting…not exercising. I am eating what I want to eat. The 7 small meals a day is because I can’t eat a lot…I fill up quick,so to keep up my strength I am eating 7 small meals a day.
