Holding At 229

To hell with dieting! I’ll simply eat when hungry & stop when full…no gorging…no binging…no eating foods I hate…no stressing,struggling…no more fearing foods…no counting calories…none of that insanity…I’m listening to my body…eating foods I enjoy. Most days I will consume 300 to 500 calories. I’m not going to gorge to get enough calories to match a chart or make someone else happy. This is my life,my body.
