My new bra is extra large & tight enough to hurt me & restrict my breathing. I’m wondering if my new size 11 granny panties are going to also be painfully tight. Comfort is important to me.
As for other things…I got 3 boxes of Scrambles. I’m NOT going to force myself to eat gross or bland foods. I have discontinued the cheeseburgers & replaced them with turkey sandwiches. Let’s face it…we aren’t going to stick with boring or nasty foods. I think it might be best to simply eat responsibly & exercise daily. Eat the foods you love,but don’t gorge & stuff. Eat with awareness & respect yourself,trust & believe in yourself. Listen to your body…give it what it wants & eliminate what makes it sick,pains it, causes discomfort,& promotes weight gain. Don’t starve or deprive yourself. Your body will let you know what it needs & doesn’t need. Its your body,your life,your present & future. Nobody has the right to tell you how to live & what to eat. If you abuse & disrespect your body you will have sickness,pain,& discomfort. Pain is NOT your gain. Pain is an indication something is wrong. When it starts hurting,stop & rest. Losing weight shouldn’t be a daily nightmare.
