The nurse weighed me at the Doctor’s office 2 years ago. I was 211. I was upset,but not overly concerned,although I had never imagined I would ever exceed 200 pounds.
When I ended up at 240 pounds I became concerned,but not enough to do anything about it. I tried a few diets,no exercise,& eventually gave up,while my health bottomed out.
I was sick & in to much pain to eat more than 500 calories a day. Exercise was impossible. I wanted a quick,easy fix,& tried subliminal fat burners & such. Those DO NOT work.
I recently weighed again…& was amazed I am now 213. I’ve no idea how I lost that much weight.
