I am going to use Hypnotic Gastric Band,visualization,guided meditation,self hypnosis,& daily exercise. Why must losing weight be unbearable? Diets are setting people up to fail. Unless you fix what’s broken on the inside you are going to be defeated,no matter what diet you use & no matter how much you exercise.
