I have the books,CDs,& subliminals. Oh boy,I thought,all I have to do is listen & all the fat will melt off,while I’m wolfing down cheeseburgers,fried chicken,& all my other high fat favorites…a fat woman’s dream come true. Think again,fatty…that’s not how it works. Whatever is on those Cds & subliminals changes you from the inside,making you want to eat clean,healthy,nourishing foods,& to exercise. After you change your habits,after you are in a healthy routine,after what’s broken inside is fixed…then…that’s when you start losing weight…& that’s how you become slim & trim,fit & healthy.
In the very beginning you listen,read,visualize,& gorge on your high fat favorites. It doesn’t get any better than that. That also doesn’t last. As time goes on you start wanting foods that are nutritious & you want to exercise. You eat less & are satisfied sooner. You are eating like a slender person. You are becoming slender,fit,& healthy & you are doing it naturally,without oddball diets,dangerous pills,or painful exercise.
