watching a movie,looking down at my huge belly,feeling fat…here I am…off on another weight loss journey. I may have found the easy,gentle way,but its still another weight loss journey. The thought of it makes me sleepy. I’m not quitting,but I am complaining,although I should be all smiles..cuz…working from inside…thinking & becoming slender…fun exercise…trimming the fat using visualization,self-hypnosis,guided meditations,& subliminals. Oh,its true…stress,anxiety,& depression will make you fat & destroy your health. Its more than what you eat that’s making you fat. There’s a thing called Adrenal Fatigue. Google it,look it up on YouTube. Going off on some weird diet isn’t the golden ticket & neither is hardcore exercise. Get inside of you & work from there. You can’t force your body to do & be what you want & if you could there would be little to no success & certainly no long term success. You can’t leave the inside broken & expect to become slim & fit.
