Instant Self Hypnosis is a book I had,loved,& lost. After years without it I bought it again,along with other self hypnosis books. The scripts are powerful & easy to use. I favor writing my own scripts. I had written some empowering scripts,but lost them along with the book. Its an honor to own another copy of the book. Its the best self hypnosis book I own.
