When you think you are hungry,you might actually be,but you might also be thirsty,so have a glass of water,& if you are still feeling hungry,go ahead & eat. While feeling hungry,ask yourself what you really want. How are you feeling? What are you thinking? Try waiting 30 minutes before eating. Use a hunger scale. Emotional eating & eating cuz you are bored will keep you fat. Know when to eat & when to stop eating. Listen to your body.
