I Shouldn’t Weigh Myself

My digital scales are nuts! Last night I was 246 & this morning I am 1o9. I know I am neither of those weights. I was recently 213. All I really know is…I’m fat. I wish I was 109,lol. This is 1 of the many reasons I hate weight loss journeys. I rarely know when I’m progressing & when I’m stuck or packing on the pounds. I look the same all the time. I feel the same. My clothes fit the same. Adding exercise & using the Gabriel Method hasn’t changed anything.
