I’m near desperate enough to use Hypnotic Gastric Band. Its a last resort,cuz I don’t think I need it & I don’t want to reduce the amount I eat,which is somewhere in the area of 600 calories a day,not including beverages. Starvation diets are dangerous. My big mess up is choosing foods that taste good,but have no nutrition & include sodium & or sugar. I’m NOT going to force myself to eat gross foods. I’m NOT eating anything nutritious & am relying on supplements.
I am certain I have Adrenal Fatigue,but I’m not up to the challenge of treating it. I’m already dragging through The Gabriel Weight Loss Method. Its a miracle I am awake & somewhat active. I’d rather be asleep.
