Appetite Control (Losing Weight)

I can only eat half of what I used to eat. It might be a good thing,cuz I don’t exercise regular & inactivity means no calories & no fat is being burned. It concerns me cuz I eat somewhere around 500 calories a day & now the amount I eat is even less…nearing what I consider a starvation diet. This can cause weight gain & an increase in fat.
