Using Food To Lose Weight

that’s what happens when you go on a diet. Its all about food,calories,fat,sodium,& whatever else that diet requires. You are using food to lose weight…eating foods from a list of allowed foods & avoiding foods that are considered bad.

Diets train you to limit & restrict,sacrifice,deny,while leaving what’s the real causes of your weight problem untreated. Success in losing weight starts within…fix what is broken…inner healing. That’s where the miracle is,that’s the magic. There is where you find success in losing weight.
