Visualization for weight loss isn’t working. That might be my fault. I am a slow reader & I don’t like the meditations in the book. I favor self hypnosis,which also isn’t working…my fault…I’m not reading & writing weight loss scripts. I like to look at the book & hold it & think about scripting for weight loss…& then I take a nap.
I continue to consider the Adrenal Fatigue Diet. Its NOT 1 of those screwball diets. More important,I am certain I have Adrenal Fatigue. I have 2 books about it…including the diet.
Actually,I’m all over the place…anxiety…it’ll wear you out. On my bedroom floor was the book 7 Secrets Of Slim People. That’s my other consideration. I know that works.
