The Low Fat Lifestyle

I had success with this & went from fat to fab. All went well until the morning,at Shoney’s, I ate my fill of corned beef hash. That was the end of the low fat lifestyle for me.

Like any diet,we are taught what to eat & what to avoid. That’s 1 of the reasons we fail & end up fatter. What we need to do is learn how to eat. This is why I always go back to the 7 secrets of slim people. Yes,you can have your cake & eat it too. No good & bad foods. No deprivation. No guilt. Eat what you want. No harm done,when you know how to eat & you eat that way. Get the book…read it,use those 7 secrets…eat the foods you love. Eating delicious foods is 1 of the many pleasures in life.
