obviously I don’t stick with a challenge long enough to lose weight. I do my reading & become bored & quit or a new challenge will attract me. I’m always looking for the easiest,fastest way to lose weight. Hell,I quit the Jon Gabriel Method way before using visualization…not even halfway into reading the book I switched to another challenge. I was sitting in front of my writing table…spotted an interesting book on the book shelf,with a quicker,easier way to lose weight. I moved faster than usual in taking hold of that book…read enough to make that my challenge. I didn’t waste time reading the boring stuff…went straight to the instructions. This stuff is right up my alley,cepts for the chapter that tells me I am going to have to move my body…exert myself…exercise…stop being a lazy slob. I found myself reading & stopping to gather my excuses to avoid moving my stuff. I thought of my stepper & was quick in thinking…there’s no room for it. Well,hell…by cleaning out space for it I will be exerting myself…moving my body…mission accomplished. At least I didn’t toss the book out the door,haha.
