I’ve returned to the Jon Gabriel Method for weight loss & am reading where I left off. I am in an interesting chapter & eager to read more. Its a challenge I feel good about. The other challenge become as bland as white rice without salt & butter.
I’ve been doing a 30 day emotional eating challenge,which no longer seems to apply to me. I don’t see how challenging my eating habits & relationship with food is going to generate success in losing weight. Whatever is causing me to be fat & unable to lose weight goes much deeper than the foods I eat & how much I eat. The Jon Gabriel method addresses the real reason we are fat & how to fix that. No diet can fix what’s broken & until what is broken is fixed,you are going to fail.
