Last night I pigged out & ate half my junk food for the week & a bowl of spaghetti. What happened? I never eat that much in 1 night. What it was,I was hungry,but didn’t want to microwave me some food & didn’t care to make a sandwich,so I ate the junk foods,cuz those were within easy reach. Of course junk food isn’t filling & so I kept eating to fill up,which didn’t happen,so I microwaved a bowl of spaghetti,ate that,& then fell asleep sitting at the dining room table. I think I crashed from all the sugar I ate & drank. I’ve also been extremely sick all weekend. My belly is continuing to swell. This week I will be taking fiber capsules,laxatives,& vitamin B 12.
I’d like to go back on the South Beach diet,but I don’t have the proper foods & no access to those,not at this time. I buy groceries at a small store with extremely limited selection. I am unable to walk in large stores.
