Losing weight is a long journey,often difficult,complex,complicated,& miserable. It can be an emotional roller coaster ride. Toss in anxiety,depression,& stress…it can be a living hell. When it gets bad & feels terrible…get out your journal & write what’s happening & how you are feeling. Write your thoughts. Write your progress or lack of it. A journal is the ideal companion while losing weight,but don’t use it to beat yourself up for mistakes & moments of weakness.
