Lately I’ve been reading about poor digestion causing weight gain. This includes constipation & bloating,which leads to stress. Google ‘poor digestion & weight gain.’ There’s some serious info out there. I had already figured it out…constipation generated bloat & other digestion problems…& I packed on the pounds. Here I sit,constipated,bloated,swelled,filled with toxins,not digesting the foods I eat…& NOT losing weight. I am taking a fiber supplement. Living on microwave foods & fast food I am most certainly deprived of the nutrients & nourishments my body needs.
Back when I was eating griddled foods my digestion healed & I was thriving.
