My New Lease On Life

It begins tomorrow. That’s when a new diet is launched…Monday. I’m not starting a diet. I am changing what & how I eat. No more eating carbs with proteins. Eliminate breads,sugar,salt,sodas,beer,& frozen meals. Exercise daily…don’t sit or lay all day. Breathe properly. Use subliminals,mantras,self hypnosis,guided meditation,visualization,& journaling. Drink green tea & distilled water.
