Flavoring Food (Losing Weight)

The old diet mentality tells you to eat bland,boring foods & foods you absolutely hate. that is BS. Use sea salt to flavor your foods. There are seasonings you can use. What about butter & mayo. You’ll be fine using these,but modestly & sparingly. Don’t go hog wild. The important thing is to never mix carbs with protein. When it comes to protein,do NOT eat breaded meats,such as chicken nuggets or breaded chicken patties. Baked or grilled & nicely seasoned will make a decent meal. Do not use gravy on meats. Use sea salt,black pepper,or seasonings. Be creative & have some fun with your meals. I speak from experience. I’ve been yo yo dieting for many years.
